About Amar Ali
Amar Ali is an Architecture Professor at North Dakota State University (NDSU) with a passion for shaping the future of design and construction through education and innovation. With a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Architecture from NDSU, I am now pursuing a PhD in Civil Engineering, focusing on structural design. His academic and professional journey has allowed him to combine technical expertise with creative problem-solving, fostering meaningful contributions to academia and the built environment.
In addition to teaching, he has over 15 years of experience as the founder of Omni Group, a multidisciplinary organization offering architectural, engineering, and consulting services. He is committed to inspiring the next generation of architects and engineers, empowering them to approach challenges with a balance of practicality, sustainability, and ingenuity. Based in Fargo, ND, he strives to make a lasting impact in his field and community.
